Drink seasonal juices:

Summer brings many delicious seasonal fruits with it that are productive in all aspects especially skin and health. You can take grewia, plum, apricot, peach and water melon juices or also consume them in fruit form in order to maintain your healthy skin in this hot season.

Take enough sleep daily:

Dermatologists always recommend 7 to 8 hours sleep daily. Tired face, saggy skin, baggy eyes and distaste, they all reflect lack of sleep. Taking good quality sleep can enhance your beauty and make your skin more relax, young and glowing.

Use rose water to keep face fresh:

Rose water has found much beneficial to maintain skin freshness and provides its cool effect to skin maintaining its temperature in hot burning weather.

Tomato and potato pack for skin care:

Take potato juice and tomato juice in equal quantity and apply it on your face for half an hour and wash your face with slightly cool water. It gives out the cooling effect, removes the dust from your skin as well and prevents blemishes and acne.

Use cucumber mask:

Cucumber is very efficacious, Apply cucumber juice or paste on your face for half an hour daily and gets impressive results in 2 to 3 weeks.
